Mr Bill's Village Smokehouse

As a rule, we are immersed in Mr Bills every time we are in hopes of crab cocktails. This last experience was exceptional. Daniel the guy behind the counter was the next level helpful and happy to be there. His height of the chair to get us the delicious crab cocktail and salmon bells was top-tier. Because of Daniel, our family enjoyed a crazy open face salmon bell brioche sando with homemade tartar sauce on the beach. Thank you.

Amazingly smoked salmon! We stopped at Mr. Bills during the visit of the city of Lincoln over the weekend of commemoration and they had a very good honey smoked salmon. Enjoy it so much that a few weeks later I ordered some to deliver. Well, sometimes with online orders, there is a chance that there is a Hiccup in the online system. When we notified the manager of the problem, he was incredibly amazing to solve it for us. What a fabulous experience. We will refuse to buy more smoked salmon from Mr. Bill. They take care of their customers and they have REALLY GOOD smoked salmon!

I wish I took more pictures of the food, but we swallowed everything too fast. I had no idea, smoked oysters could be so delicious, rich with taste and texture. We also tried smoked salmon pulp that was incredible (we were recommended to try it with gurke as an appetizer and not disappoint the combination). The service was so friendly and welcoming. While we did not try smoked salmon, it looked amazing. In any case, it's nice to come back.

This place is amazing!!! The guy that served me was so awesome too and gave me some of the best service I've ever had explaining to me about all the product along with wine selections!!! I am from Texas and he actually had lived in Lubbock area for while so that was cool as well. We bought smoked oysters, salmon belly, brisket, ribs, beans and the prize jewel of smoked sturgeon!!! If you've never had sturgeon oh man your missing out! I took the man's suggestion and went home and made a benedict with it, superb!!! Come try it out you won't be disappointed!!!

This place is amazing. We got the crabacodo, pulled pork, and smoked salmon. All were amazing! The smoked salmon was smoked perfectly and the chowder that came with the meals was full of tender clams. Great portion sizes too. Love this place, we'll be back again.
