This location use to be my favorite place but the last three times I have gone.. they have not put my orders in correctly or forgetting to add it on when I pull up to the window.. then this morning I ordered an everything bagel sandwich and ended up with the other sandwich they have..Although they always seem pretty nice and polite.

Let me start off by saying this used to be my favorite place to study or get work done; However, that is not the case anymore. The management here is very unprofessional. I now know all of the issues going on with the co-workers because the managers talk about it and have meetings with them right in the middle of the store. SO unprofessional! The lady who seems to be their district manager sits in the store and holds meetings with the other employees and managers, so you hear everything that is going on. If you are going to hold a meeting regarding an issue with one of the employees, do not do it in front of a bunch of customers or any at all! Let alone the fact that she does not wear headphones nor talks quite, so everyone in the store can hear her.I have also witnessed the lady who seems to be the manager of this specific store be rude to her employees. I did not come here for a while because of it. One specific instance was when she held a meeting to talk to an employee about an issue at the table closest to the cash register area to order. It made me, and everyone else around, very uncomfortable. Not to mention, all the other employees could hear and see everything going on. Again, how unprofessional.
