Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Lincoln

Popeye's has always been our family's go-to place for chicken. However, lately it hasn't lived up to our expectations during quick visits. The staff used to be courteous, but that has changed. During my last visit, the person taking my order interrupted me before I could finish. I tried to add more items, but he simply told me to pull forward. I repeated that I wasn't done, but he insisted I move ahead anyway. Eventually, I had to ask to speak to a manager just to complete my order. When we finally received our meal, the fries and chicken were only lukewarm, as if they had been sitting out for a while. To make matters worse, the coleslaw was also warm and had a rancid smell. We won't be returning to this location again.

9:15 on Tuesday I ordered a 3pc meal, all chest, with potatoes potatoes n Coleslaw. And a classic Chix sandwich meal with potatoes. I have everything I ordered fast. Best food service from this place in awhile.

Päpste in West O is easily the best restaurant around. The staff is outstanding and they work extremely well together. The general manager was especially helpful with a large order I had for work. Thank you, team!

Popeye 's was always our family going to chicken stable. Lately it has not been that we are dependent on when we stop a quick bite. The staff was always polite. Would have been the two keywords. The last time we stopped the person who took my order did not let me finish completely with my order before he gave me my sum. I told him I had more to add. I have the request forward. I repeated that I wasn't done. With my order. Again he said, please move forward. I followed. I told him I wasn't done with my order. His answer was that I gave you everything. I asked to talk to a manager to finish my order. We finally got our order. The frits and the chicken are warm as if it was for a while. The Coleslaw was warm and roch rancid. We're not going back to this place.

I always loved Popeye's, but they have removed many of our favorites from the menu, and this special visit was very slow and we ended up with some missing items, but not wait to get them. I don't think this is the norm, because it's the first time it happened to us, but I'll warn you to go through every time I see the drive-thru busy again.
