The night shift leads is the man!!! The same type every time...the same great food every time!! Many restaurants can have good food, but this place has good food and an amazing staff to make it even better! Thank you.

Wish I could give it less then a star. They didn't give me my sauces and when I called, the store manager Jackson said there was nothing that can be done to fix it. Way to make the customer feel important Jackson.

7/17/2022 1:26pm Server 0035 L. (3200 N 27th location) Was the only one in drive through line? ordered 1 steak philly all the way with fire ball and double seasoning. The philly came plain just bread and meat was barely above room temperature. Really do not understand how this happened unless it was intentionally to spite me or some kind of mental disability within the store.

Overall Experience ?????? Decided last minute to grab dinner. Drive thru. 8 o'clock ish Thinking oh hey, it's been a while since I've had PepperJax ? grill. I love their rice bowls, and the portion size is enough to make a lunch for tomorrow! WRONG! I was so disappointed. Not one item of the food made a mess on the lid that's how small of a portion it was. Mind you... this time I ordered DOUBLE MEAT steak and shrimp (willing to pay the extra) and had 3 of the 5 veggies the cook with it. I saw maybe 4 medium sized shrimp in whole thing. The chunks of lettuce were so big I could have made a side salad from it. I should have taken pictures (as we're known for that) but it was late and tired. ? This was an awful trip for 2 items (a double meat rice bowl, and a steak philly) was 27 with a huge wait before anyone even opened the window. For what I paid for there was no lunch, and I had to dig to find the 4 in meat I paid extra for. Thanks for that. ????? Pricing high for the portions now Taste ?????? as usual but again, disappointed in price per portion size.

They will not give you pick up orders at the drive through after you've already waited 10 minutes? Then they forget your sauces and have none inside. Always wanted a cold dry philly for lunch... For three sandwiches being $35 you should at least have some au jus around. Update to respond to their reply: I ordered online, the sauces requested were on the order. They were not included with the order. Regardless of whether they're out front or not they should have already been in the bag that was sitting there waiting. Maybe splurge a little and have some plastic gloves out for customers to get their own sauces like other places do.
