Mazatlan Ii - Lincoln

I've been coming here for years and I have zero complaints. Staff has always gone above and beyond, food is always delicious and timely, they have many vegetarian options which is amazing and they are all so good. Truly out of all the restaurants in Lincoln, this is the only one I've been to consistently with a perfect track record. We love you, Mazatlan.

Went on Cinco de Mayo, the restaurant was very busy but service was great and the food was even better. Definitely recommend.

Food was disappointing- nothing tasted fresh. And I'm a big fan of their original location. Beer selection was HORRIBLE. TWO Mexican Ambers and Bud Light on tap? What?! I at least expect Modello Especial on tap. Bottles were the usual unimaginable assortment of cervesas... and Heineken. 1990 called and wants their beer menu back. Staff was friendly but I won't be back.

In 40 plus years of eating Mexican food this was the best meal ever. Had the Molcajete, a substantial meal of crab legs, large shrimp, chicken, steak, mushrooms, peppers and onions served in a large rock bowl with rice and beans for less than $17. My wife had the Tampiquena, a skirt steak and shrimp dish with a great cream sauce for less than $16. The restaurant had a nice set of outdoor tables which was great since we had our dog with us. Service was great On a return trip I had the Burrito RICO and my wife had the enchiladas a la creme which were both excellent. Again we had our dog with us and the waiter cleaned off an outdoor table so we didn't have to put our dog in a hot car. Love this place!

Great chips and salsas. We had a great experience. Service was awesome. Super clean place. Really really nice staff. Menu is broad and the meals were top notch.
