Hacienda Real - Lincoln

The wait was very long at this restaurant. Our server did not inquire about our first round of drinks, so we had to go to the bar and get them ourselves. We also had to seek out the server to place our order. We ordered a steak dish, but only received a steak. It appeared that the restaurant was understaffed.

The service at this restaurant is consistently excellent and the food always exceeds expectations. You will not be let down.

We ordered two taco salads and one deluxe tostada for takeout. Unfortunately, all three items appeared to be prepared several days prior to our order. Additionally, one of the salads was incorrect. Disappointed by the quality of the food, we decided to discard it all and have no intentions of returning to this restaurant.

The service was good. Staff quickly got a table and was almost immediately served with beverages, chips, salsa. The food was delicious and had good portions. I have no complaints and would highly recommend.

Fantastic noon meal with all the traditional Mexican food favorites! First time served guac dip with my chips and it was delicious.
