Pham Thi Lan - Limoux

Ordered and paid for a large pizza and when picked-up by my husband who wasn't aware of what I ordered was given a medium pizza instead. 25 minutes later when he got home from picking it up I noticed we were given a medium pizza when we had paid for a large. The manager kept saying he has nothing to do with the web and that they made what came through from the web even though I had a confirmation of a large pizza being ordered. Refused to deliver a new pizza because I was out of the delivery area and would do nothing to reimburse me for the large pizza when I had only received a medium. He said to call the web about it. Will not buy another Papa John's pizza.

They are rude to employees and to customers. The store is unclean an unkept an they also make extreme excuses not to deliver to customers

One of the delivery women was a bit snobby and one was late. If they had deliveries before that I understand though. when I went in to pick something up the guy I talked to was really nice.

Horrible the manager has more metal on her face than my car.They close early when they please and the place is just nasty when they gave me the pizza it was one that had been sitting because i watched them NOT MAKE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
