What a terrible experience did we have today? a lot of customer service! last time I gave 5 stars today 1! Why? because I have booked over open table for 3, but no one reserved us a table. Instead they claimed I didn't say where I wanted to sit. These terrible employees were facing me that I did not say where, as they do not know that on open table to book, I must choose standard or free and I booked standard as we are not smoker. instead of apologising and telling us to wait a bit and they would host us they went into defense mode and said that we don't owe her and they only work there! in the round it was my fault that I made the booking! While the chatting of a table was made available next to the 2 doors, they gave it to us, even if they were still left by the previous people. they only left us 2 menus and I ordered 2 coffees they never served us. they only ignored us because they were very insulted and just waited for us to leave. When our friend arrived, we all went away and no one took care of us. what a terrible way to treat the people on New Year's Eve.

Nice place for business dinner. Very wide dessert option. Appropriate prices. Preorder is with delivery to the car, very convenient service. Nice and polite service.

A high class Coffee and bakery shop. Amasing products. Nice coffee cold or hot drinks and choice of coctails. Additionaly a pastry choices available. Prices reasonable . Excellent and proffesional services. Also you can enjoy your lounch or dinner by choose plenty of nice dishes. Annimal freindly.

The quality of the food, drinks and sweets is amazing. The stuff is helpful, very kind and qualified. The interior design is amazing combining a contemporary but also minimalistic style.
