Mcdonald's - Lima

The biggest issue at this restaurant is the lack of effective management. The staff seems disorganized and inexperienced, with no clear leadership in place. The so-called "Manager" was loud and overbearing, causing discomfort among the employees. No one was willing to give their names out of fear of retribution, which speaks volumes about the working environment. The owner of this establishment should be ashamed of the poor quality of service provided by their staff.

My meal was cold and the fries were bad. I ended up eating in my car and my children were very upset.

I was extremely upset by what I saw at this restaurant. I witnessed employees putting signs on the back of an elderly, special needs employee, and another customer had to remove the rude message from her back. At the same time, I saw other female employees shadow boxing in the parking lot and yelling obscenities at each other. I am shocked that this location does not have someone to supervise the employees.

It’s McDonald’s… sub-par slow-food that gets more expensive every time I drive through. At this point the only saving grace is the app that offers deals and coupons that make it a little more reasonable.

It's not that bad of a place . They could keep it a little cleaner but other then that it's ok.
