Wendy's - Lillington

Very rude in the drive thru and this isn’t the first time. Got my iced coffee order wrong and proceeded to tell me what I said or didn’t say. Did not even want to fix my drink or apologize. All while I was just being polite. He basically just told me to keep on driving. Horrible customer service, never coming to this location again. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

10 minutes not yet ordered. The person before me went to order, and the cashier then left them waiting after they let them know they could order. It was terrible service. Don't go to this place!

It took 28 min for their staff to serve 2 cars. When we finally got our order they messed up 2 of our 4 orders. The drive through clerk was VERY slow and not in a hurry to appease her customers. Very disappointed.
