So Drive Burger Lille

Very disappointed with the friendliness of the person on the phone. Honteux and deplorable. We are accustomed to the places, we know the menu simply not the name of burgers on the fingers, we ask the employee on the phone to take our order either a galette and the same in burger. The person answers us: listen! Look at the map you're messing with the reminder later, okay. Well, we'll never remember again! Really we will not go back. Very disappointing.

If I could put 0 stars it would be done, concretely, if you see my comment FUYEZ. It is totally INADMISSIBLE and INACCEPTABLE to be so incompetent, we paid more than 52 balls, we had a little waiting 2h30 before being delivered, and missed half the food order (yes, we had the MOITIÉ d’un burger). I usually don’t give my opinion by awkward but there clearly the guys close shop more than really ct your “food””.”

I had never experienced such a disastrous experience with a restaurant. First delivery made 3 hours and multiple phone requests with for response after order a delivery afterwards. But it happens two hours later... The second comes without the 1L5 bottle, the delivery man apologizes and tells me that another deliverer will deliver it to us. After an hour of waiting still no pounder in sight, I call the restaurant and the person at the end of the line reiterates the apology and tells me that he sends a pounder right away. We finally went to sleep in the fridge, no phone calls. There is a big problem in the functioning of this restaurant.

I often order at home and there it is the first time in Gambetta after midnight and I REGRETTE! 2 menu the base.. it was missing one, the other was cold. No commercial gesture! And I have to wait another hour for a burger that probably will be cold too!!!! I'll recommend more at home!!!!
