Wendy's - Lilburn

0 stars if I could. Gave me cold food and a watery lemonade. They could also barely give me my refund without issue. Go somewhere else.

The food was put in messily. The customer service was horrible. They all had an attitude and looked like they didn’t want to work there. Then they proceeded to give us bacon sandwiches when we ordered chicken. When we informed them the manager and the employees around were laughing and said “why are you here if you don’t want to eat bacon”. My questions is why are you guys working here with your bad attitudes if you can be somewhere else?

Drive thru, always fast. Employee's very nice.you can get a biggie bag for $5 for lunch which includes a free soft drink.

Orders placed at this Wendy's location are usually wrong. It happens with such regularity that I can only assume it happens intentionally out of spite. I've seen drive-thru workers with nasty attitudes that seem like they begrudge the customer simply for being there, so they have to do stuff. Delivery orders are even more messed up. They regularly leave items out of your order and charge you anyway. My son and I have gotten sick after eating here several times. There is a better location on Five Forks that I try to order from, but sometimes I accidentally order from here. On this most recent order, I ordered 2 large meals and a small frosty. They told my deluvery person that they didn't have any frostys, so they would reimburse me for that. When I looked at the meals, one drink was missing and the other was a small. When I looked at the app, they had charged me for the frosty that they didn't give me. Now my son is calling me from school saying he feels like he is going to throw up. These people should be in jail for what they are doing to people's food. Doing stuff to people's food just because you don't like your job is poisoning and it is criminal.

The food and service is good. Area in store was clean and uncluttered. However, be advised the $5 biggie bag doesn't exist anymore. If you want a biggie bag you have 2 choices for $7 and 3 choices for $6. In the restaurant the sign for the biggie bag has tape over it so the prices are barely visible. I wish Wendy's would pull the ad. It's a disappointment to not have the $5 biggie bag as advertised on the television.
