Rita's Margarita - Liepaja

My boyfriend and I ordered a burger and fish & chips at this restaurant. Shortly after, we were told that the waiter had accidentally doubled our order of fish & chips and offered to give us one to take away. We agreed, but then unexpectedly received two portions of burgers as well. We declined the extra food and requested a refund, but were told it was not possible, even after speaking with the manager. In the end, we ended up leaving with bottles of beer instead.
