Lovely, traditional Latvian food, affordable prices, good service. Great place to have a hearty meal.

We spent at Panna approx. €12 and... Kiev cutlet wasn’t tasty at all stuffing was spoiled pork steak with tomatoes the same. And everything was warmed up in microwave!!! How can You eat that? Would not recommend this place to eat.

Good place to go. Eat in a house style. Great price.

Stuns on this Latvian café while you are looking for breakfast. Excellent, authentic dishes. Can't go wrong with the pancakes/cream! Nice, strong coffee and very affordable. (My coffee and two breakfast items were less than €5. Friendly staff was very patient and helpful with my lack of Latvian language skills and even helped me in English.
