Enjoyed In10se BBQ today at Brookfield Pumpkin Farm. The food was delicious, meat tender, fries were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and loved the seasoning, and savory. The food was prepared fast and with kindness. But what really stood out to me was their kindness. The wind was so strong that it blew my whole tray of food off the table. When I went to pay for a new meal they gave me a fresh batch on the house. It was very sweet of them to do that for me and I'm very grateful for their kindness!

One word UNBELIEVA-BEANS ... I 'm so happy I 've gotten them I will get them forever ....whenever I see this food truck it 's on ... I also got bbq fries and hush puppies .... Everything amazing .... I can not eat all this food.

I have had two brisket sandwiches at the food truck at Trouts Auction over the last month and both times very wonderful! Also great fries, crispy and light. Good dipping sauces too! But the best is the brisket sandwich : beef is plentiful probably near half a pound) and perfectly cooked and i thought it was a good value!
