Mudhole Bbq - Liberty

This place has been open for a few years, but I'm not here until today. You've been overwhelmed because I was almost right here. They promote local and national BBQs I am proud of. It is important that KC stay together. They only have a few locations that I also prefer to support small businesses. I got beans and pork and it was all great! The parking lot is a bit ****, but I had no problems today.

Recommended by a friend, as she knew I was barbeque lovers. The BBQ I ordered was perfectly cooked and seasoned. BBQ was thick and delicate at a very reasonable price. One must try for everyone.

Had some hesitations to stop here but boy I am glad I did. Very good Q and one of the best I have ever been to. Cute and cozy and very nice owners! If you are close by a sure bet.

Great grill! We visited this restaurant during a family trip based on a recommendation, and we were definitely pleased. The staff was friendly, and the owner even took a moment to chat with us. The portion sizes were generous too. The potato salad was absolutely delightful! If we get the chance, we would definitely return here. During our visit, we noticed that work was finished at a second location in Gladstone.

My wife and I both ordered the Brisket Press, which is a grilled cheese sandwich topped with brisket, and we also got a spicy mango appetizer, although it only came with three pieces. I thought the food was delicious, but my wife really loved it. Drinks were an additional cost. For two dishes, an appetizer, and a drink, the total was $43.00. The food was great, albeit a bit pricey. However, I understand that smoking and properly preparing meat takes time, and time comes at a cost. The building and the bathroom were tidy, though a bit cramped. The wall decorations were quite charming.
