Chili's Grill - Liberty

The food was good but there was a large group eating near us and we were forgotten. We had to hunt down our server to take our order and to get refills. Overall I would recommend it.

The restaurant is fantastic—clean and well-maintained. I've noticed quite a few updates since my last visit to Chili's in Texas. At the Liberty, TX branch, once you're seated, the attentive service from the staff shines through. However, when you are waiting to be seated, it’s a different story; the employees who are not responsible for seating guests seem completely indifferent. They don't even smile or greet you! But once you are at the table, their demeanor completely transforms, and they become very welcoming hosts. We almost decided to leave after what felt like a long wait to be seated, especially since there were many clean and empty tables available. If we hadn't taken the extra time to be patient, we would have walked away with a negative impression of what is actually a wonderful place! The food, by the way, was excellent.

The waitress named Julia was fantastic. In my opinion, she's the best. She deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service.

This is the second time I've ordered dinner through DoorDash, and they completely messed it up. While the manager was helpful, they couldn't really address the issues with DoorDash. It's really frustrating.
