I ordered the Chiwawa, and while the flavors were decent, the rice was entirely inedible. It felt almost old and was extremely difficult to chew.
The tortilla shell was burnt. I typically enjoy the tostada salad, but this time the shell was quite disappointing.
The Tostada Salad was fantastic—very fresh and loaded with ingredients. The Burrito Bowl was equally impressive, also very fresh and filled with plenty of toppings. Excellent work!
