Gentleman at the DT window was friendly and verified that our order was only 2 minutes away from being boxed up. Food was prepared quickly and was HOT when we got it. He checked us out as our order was finished being prepared.Ordering on line was a bit glitchy this time, where a it usually isn't. Technological issue, not a human one.Had only one small human issue, but the manager on duty was quick to make it right. Still our preferred go to pizza place here in Liberal.

I ordered pizza for delivery at 6:45 PM, but by 7:55 PM, it still hadn't arrived. I called to check on the status, and after a lengthy wait, I was told it was out for delivery. Just a few minutes later, I received a call from the restaurant informing me that my order had been marked for pickup instead of delivery, even though they had my hotel name and room number. They also mentioned that there would be an additional $5 charge for delivery. After nearly two hours, I finally received my cold pizza.

I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Megan for her great service during this dust storm—she was still as pleasant as ever!
