Got 1 container of bbq sauce for 20 chicken nuggets

Sweet tea wasnt sweet and i had no straw and the nuggets were under cooked

This employee didn’t have to do that, but he really went the extra mile. When I entered, the "Hostess with the Mostess" greeted me warmly. I quickly wrote down my order on an empty bag and handed it to her. She then returned to the kitchen to place the order for me. Once my order was ready, she brought it back to the front, where I handed her the payment. To my surprise, she went back again to get my change, even though I mentioned she could have just brought it with my order. She insisted it was no trouble at all, all while maintaining a bright smile and a warm attitude. Just a few minutes later, she returned with my order. I truly appreciate the effort she and her colleague put into providing excellent customer service. It's clear that they care about their customers, and that’s the kind of employee any business would be proud to have. I sincerely hope this young woman receives recognition for her outstanding service. Thank you both again; I'll definitely be back, especially since the burgers and fries were just as fantastic as I had expected!

The Apple Pecan Salad was fantastic! It came with delicious blue cheese crumbles, a tasty dressing, and crunchy pecans. Absolutely loved it!

The restaurant did not include the sauces I specified. The Dr Pepper was very watery and tasted more like carbonated water. The burger was just average; the bun was dry and crumbly, and the meat was also dry. Overall, this Wendy's has really declined in quality.
