Service was absolutely terrible, food was good but didn't make up for no refills or rudeness

After we sat down it was a good little bit before our waitress came over. Then when we ordered, my husband's salad came out 15 mins before his and my food. We had to continue to wait for our daughter's food which didn't come out until 10 mins later. They didn't give us refills unless we got their attention and then we still had to wait for the drinks. I would be more understanding if it was busy but there were only 4 tables beside ours in the restaurant.

Steak was ok, 1 10 scale it gets 6.5 total . Tenderness 7.5, taste 5.5, very light seasoning not very flavorful . Broccoli (add seasoning at the table) excused.
