I'm sure the Hibachi site is also great, but I really can't say it. love the atmosphere so much in front, I really never experienced it. nice to see old friends!
Our cook was great! he made my enkelin bday special! (we were on the lovell reservation)
My sister had been here before and took me there to get our parents something good to eat. The food we ordered was delicious and we got ourselves one dessert to split and some Thai tea. Staff was friendly and very accommodating, even at a very busy time. Two thumbs up on this one I'll be back!
We arrived for an early Saturday dinner, so weren’t overly upset that there was a wait for a chef. We enjoyed the sushi, soup and appetizers that arrived more than 40 minutes prior to the chef. However, the food was so salty it was almost inedible, lobster was burnt, the chef miscounted the number of chicken breasts so that 20 minutes AFTER the table was cleaned chicken arrived from the back for 2 of the 4 guest. We didn’t know the other couple at the table, but when she asked for additional yum yum sauce, the chef declined saying he was out—and our very absent waitress was only able to bring it after the guest asked her at the very end of the meal when the chicken was served from the back of house! While we’ve visited regularly for years, the lack of care and courtesy, as well as the nearly inedible food moves Miyako to a “doubt we will be back” rating.
Good hibachi food! One of the people at our table was dairy-free and the staff was very kind and careful about possible cross-contamination. The entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this restaurant as they truly take care of their guest.
