Cold Stone Creamery - Lexington

The restaurant claims to be open until 9 PM, but when I arrived at 8:50 PM, they turned me away, even though there were still customers inside. It makes me wonder if I just wasn't the right kind of customer for them.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My favorite is the cheesecake fantasy with brownies. Their ice cream cake is the BEST!

I’m really saddened to have to say this, but the owners of this establishment have displayed racist behavior, among other issues. One of our close friends, who works at Cold Stone Creamery and has been our babysitter, is a young woman of integrity and always puts in hard work. Recently, she confronted one of the managers about making racist remarks, and in response, she was labeled a bad employee and fired. Honestly, I’m both shocked and upset by this situation. I will no longer be patronizing this store and will actively discourage others from going there as well. Please do not support this business.

My cake was partially melted and the writing was not only incorrect but also incorrect. I was also called and told it was done and ready for pickup twice. When I showed up to pick it up the cake was not done and obviously thrown together last minute. It was clear the situation was going south but they bagged it and sent it out the door anyway and with no other choice was left with a cake that was paid for and looked terrible.
