Chick-fil-a - Lexington

The day was thursday. it was sunny with a bit of wind. my friends and i had just finished the first half of our day at summer gym. all my friend wanted was chick fil a’s famous spicy chicken sandwich with pickles and mayo. i had never seen such joy in her eyes as when she say the chick fil a delivery driver arrive. but. upon opening the bag, no sandwich was to be found. just a single package of mayo. we called the store and the woman we spoke to was quick to correct the mistake. she sent the delivery driver back to bring the sandwich, but once again. upon opening the bag, NO SANDWICH. ONLY FRIES. A SMALL FRY. (mid) so, we called yet AGAIN. i am currently waiting for the mistake to be fixed yet again. but my lunch break’s end draws near. and i fear my friend will not get her chicken sandwich. on any day this would be unacceptable. but during PRIDE MONTH? utterly despicable. i demand compensation.

Service was friendly. Haven't been there in a while, so seeing a menu would have been great first. The drive thru was being worked on, I'm assuming? Placed order thru 2 diff employees, only to receive a child's sandwich for my husband and a chicken sandwich for myself with too much bun, very small piece of chicken. I used half the bun for my chicken and the waffle fries were better than before. But not an acceptable lunch for $20 bucks.

It is difficult to complain about Chick-fil-A as from the time when they enter the property, the customer is why it exists. the journey, while busy, is extremely designed for a fast traffic flow, and within ten seconds, to get into my car, and was welcomed by one of the many workers who took my order. while she was very business-like, she put me on the ease, listened attentive, extremely polite and very efficient, while I feel good that I came to the right place. After I got my money, my next step was to get my order. in my car, I didn't have to stop at a window and talk to someone I can't always see or hear very well and don't talk in a microphone. my job was almost done when I went to the other side. I think I was in Chick-fil-A less than 3 minutes. Chick-fil-A pampered me as what I had just described was every one of my visits to one of the Chick-fil-A locations I visited, but that was this visit for this night.

The only time I have ever gotten Salmonella Poisoning was from Chick Fil A. My stomach turns every time I see this place. Will never eat there again the rest of my life.

Was fast and friendly to be extremely busy! They did forget my kids waffle fries but quick to catch it and make it right. All around they were great and as always I will be back whenever possible!
