Captain D's - Lexington

Because they force a star rating, I only give one star if I put a negatiw before the star. the food was terrible and the service was even more terrible. I will never recommend captain d’s to anyone I know.

Food was really hot and smelled so delicious. Me and my mom shared a meal and a side for less than $15 so it was budget friendly considering these other fast food places out there. The employee serving at the window was kind and very attentive to my requests all while having a good time with one of her fellow employees inside. I don't usually listen in, but he was making me laugh about something that was going on between the staff. Entertainment and good service. Is this possible in such a time? I know most fast food places have a very hard time finding people that enjoy serving. I wonder what is different here? Thank you Captain D for the catch of the day when it comes to seafood and staff who know how to serve with a ?.

Online order. Dining room closed. Had to go through drive thru. Waited 45 minutes in drive thru. I would have said forget it, but order already paid for online. Food cold by time got to window. I know everyone understaffed, but all I needed to do was pick up order. Only seafood fast food on this side of town. Definitely rethink decision to order next time.

Food was hot and good.. service was great.. drive thru guy was funny and kind.. I needed the laugh and I'm grateful for kindness.. it's rare anymore
