Burgerfi - Lexington

My fries were delish, but my burger was cold and not good. McDonald would have been a better option and I hate McDonalds.

Use to love this place, but it considerably cut hours of operation completely closed on Monday and Tuesday and felt just like a shell of its former self. Visited on Wednesday for an early dinner and the place looked like it had not been cleaned for days.and was?t because they were busy, there was only another client there. In addition, a well drink only ordered to find out that only one of the two machines was even on one, had no diet options told by the person in the register that gave me a bottle of Diet Coke. Had the cup he originally gave me for ice, and they had no lid for it. So pay for a $3 bottle of diet. Burger was good and reason for any stars today, but with the cost and experience today I will go too bad from now on.

My husband and I ate here for lunch and we were very disappointed. Last time we've eaten here for a few years and the quality has really gone down since. When we first came in, the floors were sticky and our shoes were literally on the ground... our cashier seemed completely out of him and when we asked him questions about certain menu items, he basically told us that he could not answer anything. They were from half the menu points and spices. Our food tasted strange and we felt sick after dinner. In addition, I ordered a cookie and cream milkshake with additional cookies and they gave me only a separate container of cookies that were too large to put in the shake, so I had to crush them myself. We paid about $40 for our meal and honestly, you can get better quality at McDonald's for a much cheaper price. It's safe to say that we won't be back.

14-SEP-22, around 6:00pm. Staff were friendly but seemed a little distracted. One young man made a point to check up on us. The burgers tasted good, but the fries were burnt and soggy, and one of the onion rings was just fried onion skin/peel/paper. Two soda fountains, one was off, the other had no diet options available, and limited standard options. Not good enough to warrant a return visit. Next time, we?ll find a Freddie?s.
