Whataburger - Lewisville

Unfortunately, this Whataburger is not up to the standards I've been used to eating at Whatabugers for years. The location is beginning to look run down and not kept clean. My burger was fine but wife's was luke warm. I will try another location the nexttime.

This has got to be the slowest drive threw I've ever experienced. Actually put tje car in park and feel asleep waiting on my food. But on a good note the food is always good the orders are always right.

The service was very quick and polite. After paying, they asked me to pull forward and wait in my truck in front of the store. However, the waiting area was a bit risky since it's a main avenue that's only wide enough for two vehicles. The food was good and served hot. I would definitely go back!

The food and service are always quick, but I usually go to Whataburger at night because I know it's open 24 hours. However, this location closes around 2 AM every other week, and I've stopped going because I often end up wasting gas driving there only to find the store closed. It's frustrating, especially since one of the things this company is known for is its 24-hour service, and they don't even seem to guarantee that anymore.

The service at this location isn't as good as at other Whataburger locations. While the food is decent, I've often experienced issues during pick-up; I've frequently been missing ketchup, or my Coke has ice in it when I didn't ask for any. There's usually something that's not quite right.
