Taco Cabana - Lewisville

This is the best Taco Cabana in North Texas! The service can be a bit slow, but the food is always fresh. I highly recommend it!

It's truly frustrating when the issues stem from the management rather than the staff. Do you really expect customers to hear that the salsa bar has been out of service for over two years due to the management's decisions? There isn't even a single sign indicating that it's closed. A simple update to that area would go a long way! To make matters worse, they're now charging for sauce, which is a complete departure from their original branding and what endeared them to their customers. And can you believe they won’t allow beans with a queen order? Who are these owners, honestly?

The food was awful! It was served cold and dry, and completely bland, as if it had been sitting out all day. This was my first and last experience at Taco Cabana. I'll be sticking with Cafe Rosa, which is a hundred times better. The only reason I'm not giving it one star is that the staff were very nice.

NOW HERE IMPORTANT!!! My husband and I went through the drive thru and the lady just had a bad attitude from the beginning!! You apply to be available at any time, but when my husband tried to order something from the breakfast menu the lady interrupted him and said we didn't, we're not the breakfast so that he politely ordered something else, although she was extremely unprofessional!!! And we also felt very fast, although they were open for 2 hours! She always asked if there was anything before my husband would end what he said! He was nothing but nice to her, so at this point I was extremely irritated for the way she treated him, so we went and not even finished the job!! I understand that the work in the food industry can be very exhaustive and very irritating, because I worked in the industry before, but there was no reason for the unprofessional bad attitude! Maybe not everyone had this experience at this point, but after the AWFUL customer service I would definitely NOT recommend to come here! If there was an option for negative stars, would I rate it negative 5?

Dirty restaurant and they don't know what proper portions to give customers. There was absolutely nobody in the drive-thru or inside and they made me pull around and wait for my food, only for me to take it right back to them for my refund. Stay away from this location. Actually, they all seem to be on a rapid decline. Taco Bell is across the street!!
