フィードバックを提供するJoe was super polite and helpful at the end of a shift. Got me a little sample to try a flavor of slush that I’ve never had before. 10/10 would pull him away to come work along side me with those end of shift mannerisms.
This sound is absolute garbage. I gave these sonic 4-5 chances and her food is getting worse than any other place I was. This morning it was unacceptable and smelled far away... I threw it out. Tonight. Wife is pleasing cheese sticks. We'll be in normal hours. No one in sight. Lights are all in the lot and on the menus. We check our phones to make sure they are still open, they are.. I lay on the horn and to our surprise 3 employees go from the back (we see them through the windows). God knows what they did, but whoever cares, we left and will never return to this sad sound.
Thank you for serving all day breakfast. I had to take off one star for being out of orange juice and a vegetarian option would be nice. The person who brought my food out was very friendly.
I come here nearly every day and order just fries for my autistic son. I know the workers probably think like dang why is this woman always here lol. But they cook them fresh every time. I have not had a bad experience this far.
Well, the good news, it is obviously consistent from business to business. The bad news is what is consistent that sound is useless. Waited a while after pressing the button and was never once greeted so that I left.... I can't tell you how many times I had to leave a sonic site that's empty before. This is probably the 5th Slow-to-No service I received from the sonic sites in an ROW!!! Either someone in the company has to rain with some real standards like ASAP or you could also turn off your chain. Everyone I'm talking to says the same thing about sound. If you could get food there in a decent amount of time, people could actually risk stopping here to eat more. Do not do again, and others will remember this point.
