Burger King - Lewisville

We've been here about 3 times since we moved. The first couple of times were good but nothing to write about. This latest time however, they really wow'd us. I ordered my usual double cheeseburger and even after the 10 minutes it took me to get home, it was still HOT!! like burn your mouth hot. That is not a complaint, they really made our food fresh and even though service is a tad slower that what'd you get at Mcdonalds, the quality, even for their value items was above and beyond.

The young lady that worked the drive thru this morning had such an enlighting personality

6/8/24 9pm, they had employees quit on the manager and it was just him and one cook and they were swamped with orders. I felt so bad for them but they did the best they could under extenuiting circumstances. Praises to the two employees working this shift.

Had an issue with a manager being a smarta yelling as I drove by drive through. I told GM he did nothing. No respect from that company, especially one certain location, but corporate won't reply either. The food 8 out of 10 times is wrong or stale. So the ONLY reason my family goes to bK at all is because my 3 yr old likes the chicken fries. IF that changes, we will never go back. I like McDonald's better anyway. DO BETTER BK

Food was okay, definitely not hot off the broiler. No carbonation on the dining room drink station. They also didn't change it out. Play room was freezing. Denied selling a kids toy, denied selling coffee at noon. Not the best atmosphere or service. Will not return!
