Big Oyster Brewery - Lewes

Yummers! With a capital Y! I ordered the wedge salad, along with steamed shrimp to be delivered at my house yesterday. Both were superb and really hit the spot! Big Oyster Brewerys wedge salad is one of the best in the area. It is HUGE! It is smothered with tomatoes, sliced hard boiled egg, bacon, pickled red onions (delicious), blue cheese crumbles, and their homemade blue cheese dressing. I enjoyed it so much that I ordered TWO today... one for lunch and one for dinner. Perfect meals for when youre on the Keto diet. Kudos BOB on an excellent job with this one. Thanks for not skimping. I highly recommend!

I a, absolutely crowded people had bad food experiences in this place. We were there this weekend and had amazing appetizers, beer flights, entrees and desserts. I'd go back in a heartbeat. My wife and I have been brewing at home for 20 years and would rate their beers in the Top 3 in Delaware. If you like German beer, this place is a must with its yeast wheat, old beer and its dark white.

Great place to eat and the beer is also good. They welcome dogs in the back terrace. Fish and chips and shrimp salad are great. The service was good, although he was very busy.
