Papa John's Pizza - Levittown

Offline ordered a HOUR when my delivery window was 39-49minutes, which would not have been so bad except it indicated on the tracker that the order was complete and I had not got ANYTHING! Unacceptable.

Eat was müll. ordered the new extra pepperoni special she got and got a pizza that was crushed in fat. it literally sat in a cat oil, and when it was picked up, the bottom of the pizza was literally softened into fat. as the boobs were so tender.

I've been visiting this area every weekend for the last two years. I bought 1 pizza and many pizzas for birthday parties and other family events many times that are celebrated at home. You ask my 5-year-old grandson what he wants for lunch, he'll tell Papa John's! I never had problems with this place. I also ordered other things with the pizza. It was always delicious and perfect. I don't get any delivery I'll pick up. The staff has always been great, even in times that they might seem a little short or extra busy. I've never waited so long before I went to an order. So here's a scream out and a big thank you to the people who helped me a few weeks ago, and to the other staff I didn't get their names Thanks Tiana, Kervin and Jodi. Thank you for everything you do. Hold the chins up! They are appreciated!

I ordered a few times from here and every time something is wrong or missing. two separate times the manager said they would send out the correct order and no one ever came. I finally had to call and cancel the order because I had to go to work. they said they couldn't refund me for the missing items because I ordered online: everything they could do was give me a buy loan. next time I called to redeem my free item, they said it wasn't on datei and didn't give me the free order I missed before. definitiw made with this papa john’s. also my van had a passover today under a deck that keeps eating!? really hope that this was another worker and not just a random friend of the delivery driver.

I ordered pizza at 3:00 pm. When I checked the tracker at 3:43pm it said my pizzas would be delivered at 3:38pm. Waited. Called 5 times. Got hung up on 5 times. Drove 1 mile to the store. When I told the lady I didn't get my delivery I gave her the wrong name at first. (got married. Haven't changed everything yet. she got really upset and walked away cursing about how someone else could come talk to me because she's sick of this hole and none of the orders were right and she didn't come in tonight to deal with this . I have never had an experience like this with this store before and the food has always been good. But after this ... I will never order from Papa John's again. N. E. V. E. R.
