From the perfect terrace location to the efficient staff and perfectly pitched menu, Papillon has it all. I highly recommend the succulent tastes and complementary composition of the crevette tartare starter. The tuna main course was perfectly cooked and expertly flavored. Topping it off, my all-time favourite dessert of lemon meringue pie was brilliantly deconstructed to make the sweetest most divine dessert I’ve ever tasted. When in lovely Leucate, do not miss.
