Angus Steak House Bbq Diner

We made a great choice for dinner at this restaurant. The Irish beef steaks were cooked perfectly and served with all the trimmings. The wine selection was good and the service was quick and efficient.

I visited this restaurant once and I regret it. It used to be a chip shop with a poorly laid out and poorly decorated space. The smell from the chip shop was unpleasant and the food was served in a worker café atmosphere with a fancy title. The steak was terrible, and I should have trusted my gut instinct to leave as soon as I arrived. However, my friends wanted to give it a try and it gave us some laughs for the night, if nothing else.

I have only tried the burgers at this restaurant so far, and I must say they have a great selection of American-style burgers with toppings like pulled pork and barbecue sauces. The decor has a rough and ready Texas style vibe, with tastefully rebuilt pallets used for booths and seats. The staff was very attentive and the service was quite fast. The restaurant shares the kitchen with a fast-food joint, so drinks are served from there and you can get refills. Overall, I really enjoyed my experience and will definitely be back. Maybe next time I will try something different after seeing another patron's meal that looked delicious.

Had a table booked for and chanced asking could they seat us an hour earlier, they kindly obliged us which we were delighted with. Food was great, highlight was the duck wings. Great margarita too. I got surf and turf with prawns for the main. Would suggest for the sauces for the steak and the sauce prawns are cooked in are slightly similar so maybe a contrast would be good! Cheesecake was delicious too. My partner got the calamari which wasn't a highlight but loved the buffalo prawns. Thanks so much for a lovely meal and great service!

Lovely food here. We just stopped in for lunch. Just the of us, no kids. We got starters each. All we're delicious.
