New Dynasty Restaurant - Lethbridge

This is a great Cantonese style Chinese restaurantI have enjoyed coming here over the last 20 years.

Friday night, my boyfriend took me to the Chinese Restaurant downtown Lethbridge.

I did a take out order of combo C aka spare ribs, fried rice and chicken chow mein.

Service was good, place is nice and clean reasonable price for buffet. Waitresses was friendly Probably be back sometimes

Food wise, this is hands down the best Chinese food to eat in town. HOWEVER....When you call in to order, you rarely can get through as they take the phone off the hook. When I did get through to order I was told to call back in 45 minutes to place an order as they were "swamped". I know on weekends you can get busy, but isn't customer service important anymore? Telling a customer to call back because it's an inconvenient time is rude and not good business if you ask me. Maybe time to consider opening a second location if it is this popular and you are "swamped".
