Sainsbury's Caf

Had a unpleasant experience.. Logo says one adult at a time to shop.. My husband and I went to shop maintained 2meter distance followed the queue with separate trolleys. entered and just changed bank cards cos he was shopping for a neighbour. The security asked him to leave without hearing us out.. We obliged didn't want to cause a scene. Was told families are not allowed to shop together. Change the logo to only one adult per family allowed to shop..

Waited at 9.00 for 39 mins outside but lots of products on the shelves even got hand soap !!

I visited the store today and queued for about 30 mins to get in. All staff were polite, professional and had the system working like a well-oiled unit. I almost enjoyed the experience. The NHS is rightly being praised at the moment, but there are other unsung heroes. The big supermarkets must be raking it in and I hope they share the profits with their workforce.

To the staff in the carpark today making sure customers are safe you did a great job just sorry you had to endure the abuse given by some ignorant people! well done for keeping calm! I brought you all some chocolates that I gave in to the staff in the shop to cheer you all up and say keep up the good work!

Thank you Letchworth Sainsbury’s for all your help today especially Jess who had to contend with me having an epileptic fit, I remember nothing but have been told you were all amazing and thank you for the blanket I was told to keep when I came back to pay for it, amazing ?
