Manager in blue cut through line of customers waiting to order without acknowledging any of his customers. No greeting. Zero customer service.
Made a stop at 1am and waited nearly 30 minutes just to get a patty that was pieced together. Disgusting and cold
Took forever in drive thru then they didn't know my order for One cookie took forever
Ever since they remodeled, the drive thru service is THE SLOWEST IN SAN ANTONIO!!
All the tables and floor dirty in the restaurant. Employees are standing around and not cleaning. Horrible experience! Gross environment!
