Cafe San Luis - Leon Valley

One of my absolute Tex Mex favorites! Love the enchilada's, tacos, homemade tortillas, puffy tacos, add huevos rancheros. The prices are great along with the food. Kinda difficult to find a Mexican restaurant like this nowadays. Highly recommended.

I usually look at the tortillas and salsa at a Mexican restaurant. The salsa was very spicy and flavorful and the tortillas homemade. Definitely a place to go back for breakfast/lunch. Place was small so not too much seating.

First time. Place is small and very busy with about 10 tables. People behind us told us we needed to get a table as soon as customers leave. They don't seat you. One waitress on the floor. So I cleaned and busted our own table. I ordered the picadillo plate. Picadillo was very flavorful. Beans were good, but the rice was bland. I also ordered a chorizo, egg, and bean with cheese taco, which hit the spot. Hubby ordered the pancake plate with 2 eggs and 2 slices of bacon. Pancakes were fluffy, eggs cooked correctly, and bacon was not overcooked. Well, definitely be back.

Well the time is 100% incorrect so I won 't be able to say much about this place as far as how the food was timing it took or how the environment or interaction with staff is so other than the time of open is wrong is about all I can share.
