Chipotle Mexican Grill - Leominster

Worse chipotle ever. You can only order online, cant even get rice sometimes. They forget stuff all the time.

I would give a 0 star review if possible. They are online order almost all the time. Corporate should step in for this location. The owner obviously don't know how to run a business and clearly doesn't care to fix the problem.

I ordered burrito bowl with chicken. But the burrito bowl they served is half empty and there is no chicken. It is mostly rice with source cream, salsa, cheese. The place is very dirty, unsanitary. I would not order food there again.

Trash service, will not take any orders in person. They force you to use the app for ordering so so food they overcharge

Seriously?.....had a craving for Chipotle and stopped at the Leominster location only to be told we only do on line orders! They said they did not have enough people so only taking orders on line. A fast food restaurant that won 't take orders at the counter? Whomever owns this location needs to do a total RESET, REHIRE and RETRAIN staff. Stopped at 1:30 PM, place was filthy with food on all the tables, floor and trash piled up in the cans. Come on owners....you can do better that this.
