Sonic Drive-in - Lenoir

On the way home, I enjoyed my delicious strawberry shake, but to my disappointment, only the top half was strawberry while the bottom half was plain vanilla. Since there isn't a Sonic in Lincolnton, it’s a treat I rarely get, so this was a bit disheartening.

We placed our order and received our food, but unfortunately, they forgot to include two items. By the time we got home, we only had our sides and no burgers. It was late, so we didn’t feel like going back out, which left us feeling really disappointed. This experience is a reminder to always check your bag before you leave!

I have fond memories of Sonic from my childhood, but this location is hit-or-miss compared to the one I used to visit. Every employee I've interacted with has been incredibly friendly, which is a plus. However, the quality of the food tends to vary. For instance, I ordered a Reese’s Cup Blast last night and was surprised to find just a small sprinkle of candy on top, with nothing but solid ice cream beneath. Management should focus on ensuring that all employees are trained to perform every task correctly, including mixing milkshakes. There have been times when my experience was better, but it's unpredictable what you'll get.

We ordered and ate at one of their outdoor tables. The man who took our order was not very good at his job. My mother misheard him and he was very rude about it, and did not repeat our order back at all. As someone who has worked the same job, it’s not that hard to take an order politely.

Went by last night and it was so busy! It took about 25 to 30 minutes to get my food but they had fore warned me it would be a t least 20 minutes. Doug was running to every car to drop off their order to them and was so nice to me. My food was great and made correctly. I have honestly never had a bad visit here. Keep up the good work Sonics of Lenoir!
