There's other little shops right outside Marshall's (jewelry store, threading). We got the 5 piece taiyaki for $7.95. Be aware that you have to buy 2 or 5 pieces, not 3 not 4.The custard filling was overpowering with imitation vanilla so I recommend getting nutella. It's not the best taiyaki I've had but it will fulfill that craving.
Call in advance before you go to make sure they are open. I was there at 5pm on a Sunday and all their lights were off with nobody in sight. Maybe they went on break? Who knows
DOLE WHIP taiyaki was very good. Hard to find but go in Marshall like others said and to the left. Lady was very nice and accommodating and got us extra napkins.
I loved the fresh taiyaki here. So crispy and perfect. The pepperoni pizza one is really good, like too good, I would eat a whole 5 pack
The hours say it closes at 8:00, but I read a review to call in advance, as it's supposed to be open, but the lights are off. It was only 6:08PM. I called and a girl answered, and there were people in the background too. I told her I called to make sure the business was open, and she hurried said they were actually closed and she hung up on me. They need to change their hours on here and provide correct hours on their website.
