フィードバックを提供するWe introduced a friend to this new restaurant in Leland, and we all absolutely loved it. The menu was reasonably priced and offered a great variety of options! You don’t necessarily have to order steak to enjoy a good selection. The atmosphere was delightful, the waitress was both knowledgeable and friendly, and we never felt rushed during lunch. We’re eagerly anticipating our next visit!
The restaurant was amazing when it first opened, but now, nearly seven months later, the steak is stringy and fatty, far from what it used to be. The staff keeps changing, and they're inexperienced. I won't be going back after being a loyal customer since they opened.
I relocated to Leland during the last week of December last year and the first week of January.
After another 15 minutes, we finally asked where our food was, and when it arrived, it was cold. We requested it to be reheated, and though it came back somewhat warm, we decided to accept it. At checkout, we noticed we had been charged for the drink, so we alerted our waitress. She said the manager would take care of it and hurried away. Just as I was glancing at my phone, the manager approached, tossed the receipt near me, and left abruptly. We were taken aback by his behavior. To be fair, we had never received a warm welcome from him during our visits, and we’ve been coming to this restaurant nearly two to three times a week since moving to the area. The overall management has never been great, but we appreciated a few of the waitstaff, which is why we overlooked many of the negative experiences. We always tried to be polite and left generous tips, but after tonight, our patience has worn thin. The manager's actions were unprofessional, careless, and rude. We informed our waitress that we wouldn’t be returning, and she apologized, clearly aware of our regular patronage. In short, it seems that if you don't fit a certain mold, you're treated like an inconvenience during your visit. It's a loss for them!
The food was delicious, and our waitress was incredibly nice. They seemed a bit understaffed, which made the service a little slow, but overall, it was a wonderful experience for my first visit.
