Primanti Bros. Restaurant And Bar

I dined in today with my family we were a party of six. Our server was named Tom. While ordering he did not repeat the order back to us and was very rushed. I understand he was busy but his attitude was very short. The food was good however he did not ring in one of our entrees and when asked about where it was he had apologized and said he forgotten. We told him it’s okay and that we didn’t want it anymore. No manager came by our table to speak with us or check up on us until we requested one at the end of our visit. When we asked the manager if she was aware he had forgotten to ring in our entree she had said he told her about the situation before visiting our table. She was not apologetic and did not offer any sort of discount or compensation for our very unpleasant experience. While we didn’t expect a discount, her excuse was “she was in the kitchen”. It was not a very welcoming experience.

Do yourself a favor. Go to Morgantown, Washington or Pleasant Hills. This is the worse one in the area.

Fun bar and eating areas. The sandwich was unique in a good way. Interesting concept to put everything between bread...but it works nicely. Staff is attentive and helpful. Jump o it, it is a good place to stop!

I waited a long time to give my order. I usually say they have the best pizza in town but I got it to go and it wasn't good.

I went to NPL this past weekend. It makes your restaurant look like a ghetto bar. The servers are excellent. Unlike your restaurant. They don't flirt with the customers or fellow employees. But the greatest thing was I didn't have to put silverware in those little brown bags or put together pizza boxes like Kelly D. had me do when I was allowed to come to your restaurant. In my opinion that had to be a safety and health violation.
