Shinto Sushi - Leipzig

The Noodle are thick Northern part of Ramen not Tokyo style. But ok. Side menu need more effort. For quick lunch time is ok. Owner are Vietnamese.

The Ramen was ok, even good by Leipzig's standards but when I saw platters of sushi arriving by motorbike from another outlet altogether, I began to wonder how much of the food was actually cooked here? The outdoor seating is a bit cramped as well.

I waited for my food for 45 minutes, were announced 40, so everything was fine. The quality is as good as possible, the portions lush. Don't taste the best I've ever eaten, but okay.

The sushi came on time and was fresh!
