IMPERII Restaurant & Bar - Leipzig

Have heard from many people that the new load on the corner should be very hip and should have super cocktails.So I am there with my friend on Friday evening. Unfortunately, the load was already out and down full so that we had to sit up a bit off.What I hate are cards for you to study. If you don't have any idea what to drink after half an hour, then I'm going to get it. the waitress has unfortunately also not really helped or can give recommendations. We ordered something for good luck. ingredients are probably very good, but the cocktails were for us almost not to drink. when the bartender passed and asked us if everything was okay and I told him that the cocktails did not really meet our taste, he nodded and moved on. then you can also leave it!I will give it a 2nd chance and reserve a table or put me directly to the bar.At the moment I cannot understand the hype.At the time the fun is anything but cheap!Ambiente: industrially fashionable.

For a year we go to eat special occasions in imperii and especially drink craft cocktails. whether we continue our tradition, but is questionable. Until the last time we found each one of our visits just beautiful. In the past there was always a seasonal menu for regular, but this time not. the choice was not so big. to burgers there were always before except salat still pommes, but now also not. from the feeling the portions have become smaller and the prices have risen. my burger with ochsenbacke tasted totally lazy. just after nothing, although the meat was very tender, you have to say. that did not save the burger. my coctail, which I have been drinking several times, tasted very watery, also looked different as usual. I was very disappointed at the end of the evening. 80 € paid, but not tasty eaten and remained unsatisfied. I didn't expect that from the imperii! hopefully the quality will get back up. but if the next visit is repeated, then we have to look for another restaurant. Pity!

I went looking for this bar and though I wasn't disappointed with the cocktail and dinner, the welcome was anything but warm! The staff were not very friendly and I speak German. The quality was very high but on reflection 12 Euros for a cocktail is way too much.

On a warm Friday evening the terrace was full, but inside was still space. hipster place with something too loud music. a lot of noise due to bad acoustics. friendly and smooth service. the food came fast. main dish with makrele just too delicious! the price was very reasonable. especially for the more relaxed among us this trendy restaurant is highly recommended.

We came here by chance and didn't know that we landed according to tripadvisor in the best cocktail bar of the city. so we were unbiased. the ordered drinks were really fancy and of excellent quality. the ambiente is quite appealing, but it was quite empty at midnight. the entire team was attentive, but somehow it has missed a little bit of friendliness and enthusiasm. that is just a moment shot, maybe we just got a wrong night.
