Shabash Indian - Leigh-on-Sea

Thank you. For a nice delicious meal. We were looking for a new Indian, as I think, cyclists Indian have changed cook there and I was fed with incomplete and wrong orders. And bat try to get 20% discount on pickup are order. Anyway, anoth of them.. This is the first time we tried the sabash so we kept the order simple. But was very impressed. The Ceylon lamb so delicious and with a beautiful kick. The lamb Madras had many taste bombay potatoes mmmmmm. So everything in a good first experience... Served in a beautiful bag delivery was, as the lady said, no hidden extra costs was very impressed.. Would completely recommend... Next order will be more in depth. How we explore menu there. Nice to find a real Indian. Thanks again for a nice meal....

Went here with my friend for a pre Christmas catch up. The food was very good and the service was great. The reason I won't give a 5 Star review is due to the fact that the restaurant was full of big groups of men who were obviously very loud. We couldn't hear ourselves think! The staff were shouting at the top of their lungs to serve these groups too which just magnified it all. I guess a curry house isn't the best place to catch up just before Christmas for two women who want a nice relaxing meal, not a rowdy pub atmosphere restaurant. Overall, I recommend this restaurant for the food.

So I’ve been here many times and the food is great BUT…. The waiting time is excruciating! A group of us went and only ordered drinks and mains and from the drinks coming to the table and the mains being served we waited for over an hour and a half and had to ask multiple times where the food was! I won’t be rushing back unfortunately which is a shame as the food is very nice when it finally arrives.

Lunch in Shabash today was excellent!! Great food, plenty of choice and attentive staff! Perfect!

The food is amazing. I was very happy with our selection. What the restaurant lacks is good service. The staff were not at all attentive. We were not offered deserts and when I asked for the bill he disappeared and didn't come back. So I had to ask again.
