Rusticus - Leichlingen

Good local food from their own property or local farmers near by. Very nice to sit and friendly stuff. Sometimes especially on weekends it could be a little bit crowded and you have to wait a little bit for your meal. But it is always...fresh and good

We come here on a regular base. The Rusticus is next to a Farm shopsmall garden center small shop with locally produced cheese, ice, Milk etc. With Kids always worth a stop. During the summer it is great to ist outside. The food is very...good and the Beer and Wine selection always woth a second look. During the Weekends tehy serve nice homemade cakes and waffles, During the evening or Winter this restaurant is also with a stop for a nice Family or Business Dinner. I already had all Sorte of stop here and was never dissapointed. Sometimes when it is very busy the service is a bit slow. But if you're not in a rush well worth the wait

Have been here couple times after we first time had a lunch here last year. The restaurant provides nice food, including very tasty special burger. The dessert is excellent, no matter the cakes or the waffle are all delicious. Atmosphere is nice with efficient and...friendly staff! A nice restaurant to be recommended

We visited this restaurant recently as a family. It is in a nice rural setting but not far from the town of Burscheid and even closer to a quaint typical Bergisches village called Witzhelden. The restaurant has dining areas inside. One area includes...a large wood burning oven which is GREAT in winter I know from previous experience. On our visit the weather was great and we sat in the apacious beer garden. There is a table service and the sevice, although they were relatively busy, was very prompt very friendly. The menu includes sevral typical local dishes and all that we tried was excellent. There is an emphasis on hearty meat dishes. But also vegetarian options. The Gulasch we tried was fantastic. I am a beer fan and in addition to the typical Kölsch Pils options, I was pleased to find a dark Landbier on the drinks menu which was exceptional. The garden has a well landscaped childrens play area. Ample off road carparking and adjacent to the restaurant is a farm shop with a big choice of local produce. The staff are also English speaking. Prices are, in my opinion, good for the area

Provides all the advantages of a great location with a caring team and good food. Germany at is best with a rich menu of local food with seasonal specialties. Good also with kids and dogs. Food is rich and I'll not leave you with an...empty stomach. Warm and pleasant atmosphere also inside
