Burger King - Lehighton

Burger King in Lehighton is awesome. Me and my friend work in a hospital and after a long 12 hour shift we craved a root beer float. We called everywhere asking who had it in there menu. The manager at the Lehighton burgerking stated they didn't have that specifically but had a coke frost and could just charge us that and make us the rootbeer float. We got there and everyone including the manager was so nice to us and the float was delicious! Love it! Late night business in this neck of the woods and the online search of the ALL restaurants were closed so had to resort to fast food. A rockstar shout out to AIDEN NAVEAH at this Lehighton BK location at 930 pm this last Saturday in August, 2023. Naveah took our order with patience and had a peasant disposition when I asked about the menu as I haven’t been in a few years! Aiden stepped in with his positive personality and good work vibe. The food was fresh, hot and the 2/$10 special proved enough to satisfy our late night craving. The dining room was clean, the urban wood look of furniture matched the cool, girded ceiling and looked like a recent build or remodel. Nice. The overall experience exceeded our expectations! The food was tasty, earning a solid 4 out of 5. I especially enjoyed the Frozen Fanta Cherry Icee, which was refreshing and full of flavor. The Vanilla Soft Serve was also a standout, creamy and delicious. The Chicken Nuggets were a hit as well—crispy on the outside and tender inside, making them a great choice for a midday meal. In addition to the food, the service was commendable, receiving a score of 4 out of 5. The staff was friendly and attentive, ensuring a positive dining experience. The atmosphere of the place was inviting and comfortable, perfect for a relaxed lunch break, also earning a 4 out of 5 rating. Overall, if you’re looking for a casual spot with good food, I highly recommend checking it out!

I visited the restaurant at 9:34 AM and found the manager just standing around, seemingly uninterested while I waited in line alone. He glanced at me but then walked toward the back. Eventually, a young lady came to assist me, but she informed me that their English muffins were frozen. I asked for a croissant instead, but the manager approached with a nasty attitude, yelling at her and saying that the croissants were frozen too. At that point, I just wanted my money back. I asked what was available, and the only option she gave me was a regular classic bun. This was my third visit, and the manager has been rude to everyone each time. This will definitely be my last visit. By the way, I waited about 20 minutes for my order, even though the restaurant only had about four customers. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 2.
