Arby's - Lehi

The fryers we're broken. So I just asked for a French dip sandwich, and they told me the bread was frozen. I then asked for a couple roast beef sliders with aju. The aju was just water with a little food coloring. My Ruben sandwich had one piece of corned beef and about a pound of sour crout. The jalapenos on my other sliders looked like someone just took a measuring cup and dumped them on top. We ordered a large Mozzarella stick with our food and they had us pull forward to “wait” while they cooked them fresh. They eventually came out with our food and we left. When we got home we opened the bag and there weren’t any mozzarella sticks? Like come on! You had us pull forward and wait for them and everything I’ve tried to call several times and no one will pick up the phone! this place needs to get it together!

Missing from order: 4 curly fries, 4 mozzarella sticks, 1 spicy roast beef sandwich. And the Mac and cheese was cold. I went back to the store and the manager did try to make it right.
