フィードバックを提供するI had an excellent experience at this frozen yogurt place! The service was incredibly attentive and friendly. They even held onto my credit card when I accidentally left it at the register. My son was thrilled to enjoy some Dole Whip, and he thinks the SweetFrog's pineapple flavor is just as good as what we have at Disney World!
I had a really disappointing experience at this restaurant. The cashier was rude and rushed me, insisting that I either pay quickly or leave. This kind of poor customer service really turned me off, and I no longer want to visit this place. Their staff was disrespectful, and I can't recommend it anymore.
Unpleasant staff who lack proper customer service skills. Consider spending your money at a different establishment!
Completely disappointed. We 've been there before and had no issues. We recently went again and the women working there was rude and nasty. She proceeded to loudly yell at me and my kids to put on their gloves or you can leave the kids outside . Unacceptable. That is no way to speak to a customer. Maybe try and teach employees proper customer service skills. My kids love the place but I 've already told them we will not spend money on an establishment that does not teach their employees respect.To the response I received: I 'm not arguing the point of gloves or mask. I wear them all the time. My problem with the attitude of your employee who thinks it 's ok to yell at a customer and to yell at children. That is the problem.
Tidy, and great service! All customers are given gloves upon entry which is great given the current COVID-19 situation (not all locations are doing this, so props to the owners of this location).Cups are also kept behind the counter so you must ask for the size cup you want when you walk in. Love this because it minimizes number of people touching the cups too. The ladies working behind the register were courteous and friendly.
